The auction room of the East India Trading Company in Leadenhall Street, London, hosted the London Tea Auctions about four times a year between 1679 and 1835. After the Company was forced to move to Mincing Lane, they continued to run the auctions until 1935. The last tea auction was held in 1998 at the London Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
