Euklid (ca. 360–ca. 280 v.Chr) IMG

The Greek mathematician Euclid (ca. 360–ca. 280 B.C.) revolutionized the ancient world with his investigations into geometry. His most significant work, Elements, was written around 325 B. Chr. and continued to shape European science well into the modern era.
